In historical centres, commercial streets or high crossover. In cities with at least 70.000 inhabitans or in important touristic places. The location should have a minimum surface area of 40 sm + 10 sm for the warehouse, with at least one bright shop window.

It is important to have a initial asset for a medium investment of 1400 euros/ sm (included furniture, first order and entry fee).
