General conditions of sale for Italy 



The prices listed are valid from 1st October 2022 to 30st September 2023 and are inclusive of VAT.
Prices may be changed during the course of the year.



Payments are to be made by credit card or by bank transfer.


Transport costs:

Deliveries are shipped to the customer’s last stated address using express courier services.
Orders with a value of less than € 25.00 will have an additional delivery charge of € 5 (VAT included).
Orders with a value greater than € 25.00 will be delivered free of charge.

Delivery times:

The order will be shipped in Italy within 4-5 working days of notification of payment. 
If not the products ordered are not available, the delivery time may take up to a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of payment.

Claims for damaged goods:
When signing for deliveries it is advisable to write the wording "subject to acceptance" on the delivery note. In this way, if the merchandise is damaged or missing, you can make a claim. 


Withdrawal and return of products:

For purchases of objects/accessories made via the internet, it will be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 n° 21, in G.U. 11.03.2014), within the term of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the good (or of the last good for multiple orders), by contacting customer service (PETER'S TeaHouse Via L. Negrelli 11, I-39100 Bolzano Italy, for the return modalities. The goods must be returned by the consumer within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer informed PETER'S TeaHouse of his decision to withdraw.

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without penalty and except for the direct shipping costs relating to the return of the Product, which are the responsibility of the customer. The consumer is only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Disputes will be handled in the courts in Bolzano.
