Kabusè in Japanese means "cover" and this is the peculiarity of Kabusecha. It comes from Kagoshima, in southern Japan. In this garden the tea leaves are covered with meshes.
A fresh and fragrant aroma,with a higher concentration of mineral salts and vitamin C. In cup the color is green, intense and brilliant; during the infusion the leaves have a particularly sweet flavor, which recalls olive oil.
